Answer
How do we get started?
Start with a free twenty-minute fit call, by phone at (877) 244-9687. If the workflow, the sponsor and the path to access are real, the next step is a Workflow Spec at 15,000 dollars fixed.
The fit call
The first step is a free twenty-minute call at (877) 244-9687, or email [email protected] to set one up. Mike Fox runs the fit call. The goal is to find out quickly whether there is a real engagement here, and to say no early if there is not.
Three things decide it:
- The workflow. You can name the one that is broken. The problem guides and the failure patterns can help put words to it.
- The sponsor. Someone with authority owns the fix. Work with no executive owner is something we decline.
- The path to access. The systems, data and people the work depends on can actually be reached.
The next step
If all three are real, the next step is the Workflow Spec: 15,000 dollars fixed, paid at signing, ten business days. It ends with a fixed Build proposal and an approval brief your sponsor can forward, and you keep it whether or not you build with us.
If the Spec says go, a Production Build from 60,000 dollars ships the fix in six weeks from the access gate. The full ladder is on how we work.
