Four people
Who we are
Fox & Santiago is four people in Genesee, Idaho: Jason Santiago, who specifies and builds; Mike Fox, who runs sales and operations; Lorrie Lynn, who runs the office; and Talon Fox, an operator in training. Each has a defined role on every engagement, so the firm runs even when one of us is away.

Why operators
The people who make a workflow tool work are the ones who have stood where the workflow breaks. We start every engagement on the floor, in the truck or at the office desk where the problem actually lives, not in a requirements document.

Jason Santiago
Operator and technical lead
Specifies each workflow on site, builds the tool, and owns deployment, telemetry and the platform. Author of Let the AI Be Smart.

Mike Fox
Sales and operations
Runs the fit call and qualification, the proposal, the capacity calendar and partner reviews.

Lorrie Lynn
Office, organization and administration
Runs client communication, scheduling, contracts, invoicing, the change queue and documentation.
Talon Fox
Operator in training
Works the Spec under supervision, responds to monitoring and keeps deployed tools running.
Questions people ask
Where is Fox & Santiago based?
Genesee, Idaho, in the United States. We work with clients across the United States, and any country can request a site visit.
Who will we actually work with?
Mike on the fit call and the proposal, Jason or Talon on the Spec and the Build, and Lorrie on scheduling, contracts, invoicing and your messages. You will know each person's name before the work starts.
Who wrote the book?
Jason Santiago wrote Let the AI Be Smart, published in July 2026. It describes the method we use to check AI-assisted work before anyone relies on it.
What happens if Jason is unavailable?
Every module has a named backup. Talon can respond to monitoring and perform recovery using the written runbook, with his own access to the credentials, and Lorrie keeps communication and billing moving.
Why is one photo a crayon drawing?
Talon's photo has not been taken yet. We would rather show an honest placeholder than a stock photo pretending to be him.
