For your role

One firm, four doors: find the page written for your seat.

The operations leader wants to know where every job stands without a phone call. The finance leader wants cash that arrives when the work is done and numbers that match. The IT leader wants nothing new to babysit. The owner after an acquisition wants to see where the money leaks. Each page below is written for one of those seats: what costs you the most, how we work with you, and what you get.

Every buyer page leads to the same place: we come to your site, see how the work really runs, find the issues costing you the most, and fix them with the systems you already run. Pick the page written for your seat, or book a fit call and tell us yourself.

Questions people ask

Who should sponsor the engagement?

An executive who owns how the work gets done, with the authority to change it. We decline work with no executive owner. In most operating companies that is the COO or the general manager; finance, IT and the owners each have their part.

Is the engagement different for each buyer?

The engagement is the same: a free fit call, a Workflow Spec, then a Production Build, with pricing that varies by deployment. What changes is what each seat needs to see in it, and each page below covers that.

Do we have to involve every one of these people?

The four roles on your side named at the access gate own their part of the rollout, and IT grants access to the systems the build depends on. Finance and the owners see the business case the Spec produces.

Talk to us

Start with a free twenty-minute fit call. If the workflow, the sponsor and the path to access are real, the next step is a Workflow Spec.
