Services: workflow tools and practical AI for field operations
Fox & Santiago builds workflow tools and practical AI for contractors, field service and industrial companies. Every engagement starts with a fixed-price Workflow Spec, then a Production Build fitted to the software you already run, where the last 20 percent of the fee depends on your crew using it.
Every service below is the same engagement aimed at a different kind of break. We come on site, see how the work really runs, and build the fix your crew will use. The price is fixed after the Spec, and the last 20 percent of the Build fee depends on the crew actually using it.
How every engagement runs
- A free fit call. Twenty minutes to find out whether there is a real workflow, a sponsor and a path to access. If there is not, we say so.
- A Workflow Spec, $15,000 fixed. Ten business days: observation where the work happens, up to 12 interviews, a baseline measurement, the business case, the adoption design and a fixed Build proposal. For a site in the United States, one of us flies out and travel is normally included in the 15,000 dollar Spec price.
- A Production Build, from $60,000, fixed after the Spec. Six weeks from the access gate to release, then a 30-day live-use window. If the signed usage threshold is missed after one 30-day remediation window, the final 20 percent of the fee is waived, provided the agreed conditions on your side were met.
After launch, 30 days of stabilization are included. Then you choose Embedded Adoption, a keep-the-lights-on arrangement, or a formal handover.

Do you sell software licenses?
No. You own the tool we build for you, your data and your production accounts, with the copyright assignment in writing.
