Your numbers, not ours

Calculators

Four calculators that put a number on a broken workflow using your own figures: the cost of retyping job information, the cash tied up while invoices wait, the crew time lost to approvals, and the cost of second trips. The math is shown next to every result.

  • The cost of retyping calculator
Calculate the office hours and dollars your company spends each year retyping job information from the field into other systems.
  • Invoice lag calculator
Calculate how much cash is tied up by the days between finishing a job and sending the invoice, and what carrying it costs each year.
  • Approval wait calculator
Calculate the paid crew hours and dollars lost each year while crews wait for purchase, change order and schedule approvals.
  • Second trip calculator
Calculate what return trips cost your company each year when jobs cannot be finished on the first visit.

Questions people ask

Where do the example numbers come from?

They are placeholders so the calculator shows a result before you type. They describe no real company. Replace them with yours.

Do you store what I enter?

No. The calculation happens in your browser. Nothing is sent to us unless you choose to copy a link and share it yourself.

Why is the math shown?

So you can check it, change it, and show it to a partner or a controller without asking them to trust us.

What do I do with the result?

Use it to decide whether the workflow is worth fixing. If the yearly number is bigger than the cost of fixing it, the matching guide lists what to try first.

Can you help me get better numbers?

Measuring the real baseline is part of every Workflow Spec. For a quick conversation about your result, call the number at the top of the page.
