Answer

What does a Production Build cost?

A Production Build starts at 60,000 dollars, and the exact price is fixed after the Workflow Spec. It is paid 50 percent at kickoff, 30 percent at technical acceptance and 20 percent at operational acceptance, which depends on whether the crew uses the tool.

What the price covers

A Production Build is scoped in the Spec to the problem you have, for a named group of users, with up to two standard integrations. The price includes instrumentation, training, operating documentation, a handover pack and 30 days of stabilization. The build runs six weeks from the access gate, followed by a 30-day live-use acceptance window.

The price starts at 60,000 dollars. The exact figure comes out of the Workflow Spec as a fixed proposal, so you know the full cost before you commit to building anything. Nobody quotes a build before the workflow is defined.

How payment is split

Milestone Share of the fee
Kickoff 50 percent
Technical acceptance 30 percent
Operational acceptance 20 percent

Operational acceptance is about use, not delivery. At least 80 percent of eligible units must complete the agreed workflow in the tool during the final ten business days of the live-use window, with quality checks passing and no critical defect open. If that threshold is missed after one 30-day remediation window, the final 20 percent is waived, provided you supplied the sponsor, access, data, training time and rollout participation the plan depended on.

We do not guarantee revenue, savings or headcount. We commit to use. The full terms are on how we work.

Questions people ask

Why is the Build price not fixed until after the Spec?

Because the Spec is where the workflow is defined. A price before that definition would be a guess, so the Spec ends with a fixed Build proposal.

How is the Build paid?

50 percent at kickoff, 30 percent at technical acceptance and 20 percent at operational acceptance.

What if the crew does not use the tool?

If the signed usage threshold is missed after one 30-day remediation window, the final 20 percent is waived, provided your side supplied what the plan depended on.
