Where does our data go?
Your data stays yours. Where it reaches an AI model, it does so only through our own platform, using providers named in your contract, and it is not used to train models. When the engagement ends, it is deleted on the contract's written schedule and you receive a certificate of deletion.
During the engagement
You own your data before, during and after the work. The tool we build runs in production accounts that belong to you.
Where a tool uses an AI model, your data reaches that model only through our own platform, using providers named in your contract. If a provider is not named in the contract, your data does not go to it. We do not use client data to train AI models, and we do not sell or rent data.
Every Build ships with a handover pack that includes a data map and the list of models and providers used, so you can see where your data flows without having to ask us.
When the engagement ends
Client engagement data is deleted on the written schedule in your contract. When that deletion is done, you receive a certificate of deletion.
The client portal
The client portal at app.foxsantiago.com is for the people we work with. It does not record page views, clicks or session replays. Every action that touches your work, such as a message sent, a file uploaded or an invoice issued, is written to an audit log you can read.
