Family video
FamilyView: the family video phone, on the TV, the phone and the web as one system
FamilyView turns the living room TV into the family video phone and the baby monitor into something the whole family can watch. Grandma answers a call on her TV with the remote, the kids call her from their phones, and a nursery camera can be watched live on her TV and on Mom's phone at the same time. One system runs the TV app, the phone app and the web app together. FamilyView is our own product.
A short scripted demo. The family and their homes are AI-generated; nothing is a real camera or a real call.

Why we built it
The family video call belongs on the biggest screen in the house, and the baby monitor should not be one parent's job. FamilyView ties a TV app, a phone app and a web app to one system so the call and the camera follow the family, not the device.
See it
The demo plays a short scripted moment between a fictional family's three screens: the baby monitor on Grandma's TV and Mom's phone, then a call between them.
How it works
The baby monitor, on every screen
One nursery camera, watched live on Grandma's TV and on Mom's phone at the same time, with the room's sound level and how long the baby has been asleep.

Both sides of the call
Mom taps call on her phone and Grandma's TV rings. Grandma answers with the remote, and each of them sees the other full screen with their own picture in the corner.

TV to TV, the whole family at once
The family calls from the living room couch, so Grandma sees all of them on her big screen, not one face on a phone.

The kids call from their phones
A grandkid calls from his room on his phone and Grandma picks up on the TV. The web app shows who is on a call and who is watching the nursery.

Who it is for
- Families spread across towns and states
- Grandparents who would rather use the TV than a phone
- Parents who want more than one person watching the baby

Questions people ask
What problem does FamilyView solve?
Video calls are built for phones, and many grandparents do not want to squint at one. FamilyView puts the call on the TV they already watch, and lets more than one person watch the baby monitor from different homes.
Is the demo real footage?
No. The demo family, their homes and the nursery are AI-generated, and the call is a short scripted clip. The screens around them are FamilyView's own layout.
Can you build something like this for us?
Yes. FamilyView is the same kind of build we do for clients: several apps on different devices running as one system. Book a fit call and tell us what yours needs to do.
