AI build platform

FORGE: license it, drop it into your team, and every person builds the tool their job needs

FORGE is the AI build platform founded by Jason Samir Santiago, and Fox & Santiago licenses it to companies. A company drops it into the team it already has, and the people who do the work describe the tool they need in plain words. FORGE works like a family where every member has a part in keeping the family safe: one decides what is worth building, a crew builds it, and others check every piece before anyone sees it. In one recorded run, the first working screen was ready in about three minutes and the finished tool in about fourteen. The people who know the work build the tools themselves, without waiting on a developer.

FORGE: license it, drop it into your team, and every person builds the tool their job needs: the working demo

Every team its own tools

Most companies have a list of small tools nobody has time to build: a board for the office, a checklist for the field, a report for accounting. With FORGE in the team, the people who need them describe them and get them.

A family that keeps the work safe

FORGE works like a family where every member has a part in keeping the family safe. One decides what is worth building. One runs the job and remembers every decision. A crew builds, each member owning one kind of work. One keeps the records honest. One uses the app like a real person and gets problems fixed. One guards the door. One freezes everything if anything looks wrong. One questions every change. One keeps the books, so there are no surprise bills.

The checks never change

Whoever builds the tool, every piece is checked before anyone sees it. That is what makes it safe to hand to everyone.

Who owns FORGE

Santiago Innovations owns both FORGE and Fox & Santiago. FORGE owns the FORGE platform, and Fox & Santiago licenses it to companies. Software Fox & Santiago builds for a client on commission belongs to that client under their agreement.

License FORGE

A FORGE license runs for a 12-month term billed monthly. It starts with a 90-day pilot in one department at the regular monthly price, and at day 90 you roll into the 12-month license or walk away. Onboarding is included. See FORGE and its prices at forge-dev.com/pricing, or license it for your team at forge-dev.com.

From the founder

FORGE was founded by Jason Samir Santiago, who built the basic platform in 48 hours in November 2025. Read his interview on building FORGE.

How it works

  1. A few sentences from the person who does the work

No developer, no ticket, no spec meeting. The office manager describes the board they need the way they would explain it to a new hire.

  2. A game while the plan comes together

Three classic arcade games hand off to each other while FORGE weighs the idea and decides what is worth building.

  3. About three minutes later, the first screen

Not a mockup or a template: the first working screen of their own tool, designed for their business.

  4. A dedicated crew builds it out

Every member of the crew owns one kind of work, and every piece is checked for quality and security before it is saved.

  5. Checked at every step, finished in about fourteen minutes

The tool is checked again as it grows. In this run every check came back healthy, and the finished dispatch console was ready in about fourteen minutes.

Who it is for

  • Companies that want AI working inside every team
  • Operations leaders with more workflow ideas than developers
  • Anyone tired of waiting months for a simple internal tool

Questions people ask

Can our own people use FORGE?

That is exactly what it is for. Your company licenses FORGE, we set it up with your team, and the people who know the work build the tools they need, with the same checks on every tool anyone builds.

How is FORGE licensed?

On a 12-month term billed monthly, starting with a 90-day pilot in one department at the regular monthly price. At day 90 you roll into the 12-month license or walk away. Onboarding is included. Prices are at forge-dev.com/pricing.

Santiago Innovations owns both FORGE and Fox & Santiago. FORGE owns the FORGE platform, and Fox & Santiago licenses it to companies. Software Fox & Santiago builds for a client on commission belongs to that client under their agreement.

Is the replay real?

Yes. It replays one recorded run from its own log and screenshots: the request, the first screen, the build and every check. The game in it is FORGE's real wait game, and you can play it.

How is this different from asking one AI to write code?

One AI guesses. FORGE gives every request a whole family, each member with its own part, and no member gets to say it is fine without another one checking. A confident mistake gets caught before it ever reaches your people.
