Our outreach system: from a job posting to a real conversation
Fox & Santiago's own outreach runs on a system we built: every day it finds US companies hiring for AI and transformation work in operations, keeps only the ones we can genuinely help, finds the right person from public sources it can cite, and drafts a short note about their posting. A person reads and approves every email before it goes out, it arrives early in the morning their time, and every reply goes to a person, not a bot.

Why we built it
We sell to companies whose work happens in the field, and the best time to reach one is when it has already decided to act. Finding those moments by hand takes hours a day; this system does the finding, the research and the first draft, so a person spends their time on the judgment and the conversation.
What stays human
Every email is read and approved by a person before it is sent, and every reply is answered by a person. The automation removes the busywork, not the people.
How it works
Spot the signal, check the fit
A company hiring for AI in operations has already decided to spend on it. Public job postings across the US are checked daily, and only companies whose own work happens on site, in the shop or in the field go further.
Find the right person, with a source
The system works out who owns that work and writes a short note about their posting, not a template. Every name comes from a public source we can point to; no source, no name.
A person approves every email
Nothing goes out unread. Each draft is read, edited when it needs it, and approved or skipped by a person, then sent early in the morning in the recipient's own time zone.
Every reply reaches a human
Replies land in our inbox and on a phone, and a person answers. A single reply of remove takes anyone off the list for good.

Only companies that are hiring for this kind of work and whose own work happens in operations, and only a person we can name from a public source. If we cannot point to where a name came from, we do not use it.
