Field reporting
rprt: from the booth inspection to the customer's report and quote, the same day
rprt turns a paint booth inspection into a finished customer report. The technician taps through the checklist on a tablet on site, airflow readings and all; the office reviews it; and the customer gets a branded report with every finding, an airflow map of their booth and a priced quote for the work it found. Fox & Santiago built it for WERCS Inc.'s field and office teams.
The demo runs on one sample company that resets itself every 30 minutes. Nothing is ever sent.

The problem it fixes
An inspection found the work, but nobody could act on it until the paper form had been retyped, turned into a report and priced in the office, and that took days. Customers waited, and findings got lost between the field and the quote.
What changed
The inspection is captured once, on site, and the customer's report and quote come straight out of it.
How it works
Inspect on a tablet, not on paper
The technician picks the checklist and walks it one card at a time on site: airflow, filters, fans, burner, fire safety. Every answer saves as they go, so a dropped connection loses nothing.

Readings drawn on the booth itself
Airflow readings are taken across the booth at three heights and drawn over a plan of it, coloured by whether each reading is in range for that kind of booth, so a weak corner shows at a glance.

A report the customer can act on
Every finding lands in a branded report: what passed, what to watch, and what needs work, with the reason for each. The customer gets it as a private link and a PDF.

The quote writes itself
Each repair, replacement or service the inspection found becomes a priced line with estimated hours, so the report ends with a total the customer can approve.

Questions people ask
What problem does rprt solve?
Inspections used to be written on paper in the field and retyped in the office before a customer saw anything, and the work they found was quoted separately, days later. rprt captures the inspection once, on site, and the report and quote come straight out of it.
What if we already have paper checklists?
A scanned paper checklist can be uploaded and comes back as structured data for the office to review, so old forms and new inspections end up in the same place.
Is the demo the real software?
Yes. The demo runs the same checklist, report and PDF on a fictional company and its customers. Nothing is sent, scanned checklists come back as a filled-in sample, and the sample resets itself every 30 minutes.
