Quoting
StrikeQuote: quote the service trip while the customer is still on the phone
StrikeQuote prices a technician's trip to a customer site in seconds: it decides whether to fly or drive, prices the flights or mileage, hotel, meals, labor and a contingency buffer for that city, shows the margin, and turns it into a PDF quote the customer can approve. Fox & Santiago built it for WERCS Inc., whose crews travel to customer sites across the United States.
The demo runs on one sample company that resets itself every 30 minutes. Nothing is ever sent.

The problem it fixes
When a customer calls about a job in another state, someone has to work out what the trip will cost before they can give a price: flights or mileage, hotel, meals, labor and the extras that get forgotten. Done by hand, that takes time the customer will not wait for, and the misses come out of the margin.
What changed
The quote is ready before the call ends. The same rules price every trip, so two people quoting the same job get the same number.
How it works
See every quote at a glance
The dashboard shows what has been quoted, booked and lost, the total value and the margin, and the most recent quotes with their customer and status.

Pick the city, get the price
Type where the job is and the dates. StrikeQuote chooses fly or drive, picks the departure airport, and prices flights, baggage, parking, ground transport, hotel at that city's market rate, per diem and technician labor, with a contingency buffer on top.

Check the margin, change any line
Every line is visible and editable before the quote goes out, and the margin is shown next to the total, so nobody quotes a trip that loses money.

Send it while you are still talking
Save the quote, download a clean PDF, or email it straight to the customer. Every quote stays on file with its status, from draft to booked.

Questions people ask
What problem does StrikeQuote solve?
Quoting a service trip by hand means looking up flights, hotels and per diem rates and adding them up in a spreadsheet, which can take an hour and still miss costs. StrikeQuote does it in seconds with the same rules every time.
Can it be set up for our rates?
Yes. Service fees, hourly rates, hotel and meal allowances, the buffer, departure airports and the drive radius are all company settings.
Is the demo the real software?
Yes. The demo runs the same calculator and screens on a fictional company with sample customers. Flight prices in the demo come from sample fares, no email is sent, and the sample company resets itself every 30 minutes.
