Sales and prospecting
StrikeList: every lead, call and callback in one place for the sales team
StrikeList is the sales team's workbench: website requests, missed calls and emails land in one live feed, the call queue hands each rep the next shop to call, every call outcome moves the shop through the pipeline on its own, and promised callbacks come due on the day they were promised. Fox & Santiago built it for WERCS Inc.'s sales staff.
The demo runs on one sample company that resets itself every 30 minutes. Nothing is ever sent.

The problem it fixes
Leads were arriving by website form, phone and email, and each one landed somewhere different. Nobody could see at a glance who had been called, who was waiting on a callback, or which lead nobody had touched.
What changed
Every lead and every call lives in one place the whole sales team can see, and the next call to make is always one click away.
How it works
The sales floor at a glance
New leads today, leads nobody has claimed, callbacks due and deals won this month, with the most recent leads and follow-ups right below.

Every lead lands in one live feed
Website requests, missed calls with their voicemail, and emails arrive in one feed the moment they come in. Claim a lead and the whole team sees it is taken, so nobody calls the same person twice.

One click: the next shop to call
The call queue hands each rep the next shop nobody else is working, with the number to dial. Log how the call went with one tap and the shop moves through the pipeline by itself.

The pipeline and the callbacks
Every shop sits in its stage from new to won, and every promised callback shows up on the day it is due, with the notes from the last call.

Questions people ask
What problem does StrikeList solve?
Leads arrive by website, phone and email and end up in different inboxes, and call notes live in people's heads. StrikeList puts every lead and every call in one place, so leads get answered and callbacks happen when they were promised.
Where do the leads come from?
In this build, the client's website forms, its phone line and its email all feed StrikeList directly, and shops can be added from a list or a search. A build for you would connect your own sources.
Is the demo the real software?
Yes. The demo runs the same screens and the same pipeline rules on a fictional sales team and book of shops. Nothing is sent, and the sample resets itself every 30 minutes.
