We are on site within 24 hours of a signed and paid engagement agreement, and any country can request a site visit.
Travel
For a site in the United States, one of us flies out and travel is normally included in the 15,000 dollar Spec price. Outside the United States, travel is billed at cost as its own line.
Timing
On site within 24 hours of a signed engagement agreement, with payment received before we arrive for the site walk and discovery. A Production Build takes six weeks from the access gate to release, followed by a 30-day live-use window. The clock pauses while work is blocked on your side, with the reason recorded.
Remote and on site
Whether a Spec is remote, on site or a mix is decided per engagement, based on where the workflow actually breaks. The build itself is done from our side and released to your production environment; the people who use the tool see it in their own work.
Support after launch
The Build includes 30 days of stabilization. Embedded Adoption adds monitoring, business-hours support, a weekly operator review, a monthly executive review and one bounded improvement cycle each month.
