For COOs and operations leaders
Know where every job stands without picking up the phone.
No more calling the field to find out what happened. No more handoffs where the job sits until someone remembers it. No more operation that stops when one person takes a week off. We come to your site, follow the work end to end, and fix the issues costing you the most with the systems you already run, built with the crew who will use what we build.

What costs you the most
Status by phone call. You want to know where a job stands, so somebody calls the foreman, the foreman calls the tech, and the answer comes back an hour later and half right. Multiply that by every job, every day.
Handoffs that drop the work. The job moves from sales to scheduling, from the field to the office, from the office to billing, and at every step something stays behind: the note, the photo, the extra work, the promise to the customer. That is the handoff gap, and the work it creates lands back on your desk.
People who are the system. One dispatcher knows which tech can handle which customer. One project manager knows what was agreed on site. When that person is out, the operation slows to a crawl, and when they leave, what they knew leaves with them.
Queues nobody can see. Work waits in inboxes, on clipboards and in someone's truck, and nobody knows it is waiting until a customer calls. That is the invisible queue.
How we work with you
You are the executive sponsor, the person who owns how the work gets done. We come to your site and follow the work where it happens: in the yard, in the truck, at the dispatch desk, in the office. We interview the people in the workflow, measure how long the work waits today, and rank the issues we find by what they cost you.
You get an approval brief you can forward, so your owners and your finance leader see the same business case you do. The Build is scoped to the most pressing issues the Spec found, for a named group of users, and tested with that crew on the floor before go-live.
What you get
- A fixed price after the Spec. Pricing varies by deployment. The Workflow Spec takes up to five business days on site. The Production Build is fixed after the Spec and paid 50 percent at kickoff, 30 percent at technical acceptance and 20 percent at operational acceptance.
- Built on the systems you already run. Your field app, your project system and your accounting stay the systems of record. Up to two standard integrations are included in the Build.
- You own it. After payment you own the tool built for you, your data and your production accounts, with the copyright assignment in writing.
- 30 days of stabilization after go-live, spent with the crew clearing whatever gets in their way. Then Embedded Adoption takes on the next issue on the list, every month, or you take a formal handover.

Questions people ask
Why should operations own this and not IT?
Because a new tool changes how work gets done, and operations owns how work gets done. IT owns access, security, accounts and the systems underneath, and the tool fails without them. When IT owns deployment, the project ends at go-live and nobody owns whether the crew uses it.
My people are already stretched. How much of their time does this take?
The Spec is up to five business days on site with up to 12 interviews, held around the work. The Build is tested with the named crew before go-live, and the first 30 days after launch are spent clearing whatever slows them down.
We tried a big system before and the crew went back to paper. Why is this different?
Big systems ask the crew to change how they work to fit the software. We build for one named group of users and one workflow, fitted to how that crew already works, with the crew interviewed in the Spec and the Build tested with them before go-live.
Do you replace our field service or project software?
No. What we build reads and writes through the systems you already run and never becomes a second system of record.
What do I get if the Spec says not to build?
The map of how the work really runs, the issues ranked by what they cost you, the baseline measurement and the business case. A no-go that saves you from building the wrong thing is a successful Spec.
