For CIOs and IT leaders
Nothing new to babysit. No second system of record.
No more shadow spreadsheets holding the real numbers. No more integrations nobody owns. No more vendors who keep your data on their side of the wall. What we build reads and writes through the systems you already run, using their own APIs, exports and imports, and never becomes a second system of record. You own the tool built for you, your data and your production accounts, and you decide who has access.

What costs you the most
Shadow spreadsheets. The office keeps the real numbers in a spreadsheet because the system of record does not match how the work runs. Nobody backs it up, nobody controls who edits it, and every report starts there.
Integrations nobody owns. A connector set up years ago by someone who has since left, a nightly export somebody runs by hand, a sync that drops records without telling anyone. When it breaks, it lands on your desk.
Vendors who lock your data in. Software that holds your records on its side and makes leaving harder every year.
Projects that end at go-live. IT gets handed a rollout, the crew never adopts it, and the business blames the system.
How we work with you
Operations owns how the work changes. You own access, security, accounts, devices and the systems underneath, and the project does not start without them. The Build's six-week clock starts at the access gate: when the four roles on the client side are named and you have granted access to the systems, data and accounts the build depends on.
Your systems stay the systems of record. In the Spec we read the documentation for each system involved and look at what your people export today. What we build reads and writes through each system's API, export or import, the way that system already supports. A Build includes up to two standard integrations. You can see the idea with sample data in the Bridge.
You own the result. After payment you own the bespoke tool, your data and your production accounts, with the copyright assignment in writing. The handover pack documents the architecture, a runbook, a credentials inventory, a data map and the models and providers used, so your team or anyone else can run it.
How access and data are handled
These are the facts from our security page, stated the same way here:
- Access. Sign-in to our platform is invite-only, by a one-time email link or code. Every account has a role, access to a client engagement is granted per person and can be revoked at once, and team members use their own accounts.
- Segregation. Each client engagement has its own database schema and its own object-storage bucket. Code is shared; data never is.
- Credentials. Integration secrets are held in a key broker, never in code. Every inbound webhook is verified by its provider's signature and replays are rejected.
- Audit. Every action that touches a client is written to an append-only audit log in the same transaction as the action.
- People approve. AI prepares; people decide. The assistant cannot send, sign or pay. A named person reviews each draft and sends it, under their name in the audit log.
- Hosting. In the United States and matched to the work: your own cloud account, a dedicated hardened environment or a government-grade cloud region where the data calls for it, set in the Spec before any data moves. All traffic from the internet reaches our platform over HTTPS (TLS).
- Retention. Data is deleted on the schedule in the contract, by default 90 days after the engagement ends, after you receive a complete export, with a certificate of deletion.

What you get
- A fixed price after the Spec. Pricing varies by deployment. The Workflow Spec takes up to five business days on site, and the Production Build price is fixed in the proposal it produces.
- Built on systems you already run, with nothing for your team to reconcile against a second copy of the truth.
- You own the code, the data and the production accounts after payment.
- 30 days of stabilization after go-live, then Embedded Adoption, a keep-the-lights-on arrangement or a formal handover with no ongoing obligation.

Questions people ask
Will this become a second system of record we have to reconcile?
No. Your systems stay the systems of record. What we build carries information from where it is created to where it is needed, in the form that system expects, and does not hold a second copy of the truth.
How do you connect to our systems?
Through what each system already supports: its API, its export and import, or a report it can send. In the Workflow Spec we read each system's own documentation and look at what your people export today, and the route the Build uses is decided there.
Who owns the code?
You do. After payment you own the bespoke tool, your data and your production accounts, with the copyright assignment in writing. We keep our reusable methods, templates and general components.
How are access and credentials handled?
You grant access to the systems the build depends on at the access gate. Sign-in to our platform is invite-only, every account has a role, and access to an engagement is granted per person and can be revoked at once. Integration secrets are held in a key broker, never in code, and every Build ships with a credentials inventory in its handover pack.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. Meeting audio is transcribed by OpenAI and specifications and drafts are written by Anthropic, both through their business APIs, which do not train models on API data.
Can someone other than you run the tool later?
Yes. Every Build ships with a handover pack written so someone else can run it: the architecture, a runbook, a credentials inventory, a data map, the models and providers used, and the documented paper or spreadsheet fallback the crew switches to if the platform is ever unavailable.
Will you complete our security questionnaire?
Yes. Send us your procurement team's security questionnaire and we return it completed.
