Local requests get an immediate response. After the fit call, the Workflow Spec is signed and paid, and we are on site within 24 hours of that. Who comes is settled at signing, based on what the work needs. Being this close means the Spec can follow the work over several days, the early shift, the end-of-day handoff, the weekly billing run, without anyone flying in.

A Production Build includes 30 days of stabilization. Here, a problem after launch is a short drive away, not a flight. After that you choose Embedded Adoption, a keep-the-lights-on arrangement, or a formal handover.
